My client requires an experienced Purchase ledger clerk for a 2 month assignment (start date likely to be towards the end of June).
The company can offer a friendly and flexible working environment.
Responsibilities include:
-Month end assistance
-Accruals and Prepayments
-Supplier statement reconciliations
-Preparation of supplier payments by BACS
-Processing Purchase Ledger invoices
-Customer queries on a day to day basis
-Processing new supplier account forms and issue of PO's
-Supplier database maintenance
You will need to have several years experience in purchase ledger, preferably in a fast moving environment. In addition, you'll need good systems and communication skills along with a friendly and down to earth personality.
