Senior Management Accountant

BTG Recruitment are recruiting for a Senior Management Accountant in Chesterfield

In this position you will have ownership of a flagship site for a rapidly growing £50m. You will oversee all management reporting and it will be you in the boardroom each month, therefore its suitable for a strong individual who can demonstrate working with senior management, and someone who loves getting under the skin of a business and understanding where profits & pinch points lie.

Role

You will be reporting into the Group Financial Controller and responsible for:

• Preparing a set of management Accounts & providing commentary to senior management
• Budgeting/ forecasting
• Profit and loss
• Balance Sheet Reconciliations
• Business Partnering

Profile

We are looking for an outgoing, confident Management Accountant who is Finalist/Qualified. In return you will be joining a business who in the last 12 months have created 2 senior posts in finance, you have an opportunity to jumping into the driving seat where you can 'see the bigger picture' the business are not corporate, there is little red tape and full autonomy to drive improvements across the site.

Salary

A highly competitive base salary of £37,000 to £40,000
