Will be responsible for managing the provision of high quality management reporting, including appropriate business insight and analysis in a timely and accurate manner to a wide range of stakeholders both internally and externally.

Finance Manager Key Responsibilities:

  • Prepare and deliver accurate financial information (Budgets, Forecasts and Actual results), in line with group accounting principles. Analyse variances and financial modelling to accurately reflect the impact of proposed strategies on the operating results of the business and to support informed business decisions
  • Support supply of accurate information to stakeholders
  • Identify, assess and, where appropriate implement efficiency improvements
  • Liaise with regional finance controllers to ensure delivery of information is on-time in full
  • Embed Group reporting principles and manage system readiness during reporting cycles  
  • Support all internal and external stakeholders as required
  • Full involvement with external audit as required for areas of responsibility

Required qualifications and skills

  • Degree educated with professional accountancy qualification (CA/ACCA/CIMA/CPA)
  • Excellent analytical skills and ability to look beyond the numbers to identify trends and insights
  • An ability to work effectively with all levels of staff within the company and external parties
  • Ability to work under pressure and keep to tight deadlines whilst maintaining accuracy
  • Experience of identifying and implementing opportunities for process improvement
