This opportunity would suit someone who has previous experience working for a housebuilder (or is very familiar with the construction process), and managing finance functions through periods of growth. Ideally you will have operated as a Finance Director, or alternatively be an ambitious Financial Controller who can demonstrate the necessary drive, energy and experience to take on their first Finance Director appointment. A positive attitude is a necessity, as are advanced communication / interpersonal skills, with a level of gravitas to gain credibility around the Group.
