Goodman Masson are currently working with a rapidly growing property business based in Great Portland Street. They are looking to hire an Assistant Management Accountant with at least a years experience. The role is paying up to £30k plus study support.
Responsibilities:
- Complete month end accurately within the required timetable, including full P&L and balance sheets for the buildings in your portfolio
- Understand and provide variance analysis and commentary against historical performance and budget
- Reconcile licence fee revenue to the occupancy report
- Post accrual and prepayment journals for each building
- Maintain and reconcile balance sheet items including the fixed asset register
- Business partner with relevent stakeholders
- Review AP/AR teams
Requirements
- Part qualified ACA/ACCA/CIMA
- A level educated minimum
- Experience in a similar role
- Personable
