Corporate Tax Manager

Engineering and design company in Warrington seeking Corporate Tax Manager | £45-£60k

One of the world's most respected design, engineering and project management consultancies seeking a new Corporate tax manager for their office in Warrington.

Your new role
You will be responsible for all aspects of UK corporate tax compliance - including but not limited to preparation and submission of UK tax returns, fixed assets/capital allowance review, group claims, controlled foreign company reviews, foreign branch exemptions, corporate interest restriction filings, calculation and administration of UK instalment payments. You will prepare relevant IFRS tax accounting disclosures for subsidiary statutory accounts, and assist with tax forecasting. There will also be an opportunity for involvement in ad hoc advisory matters including, transfer pricing, R&D tax claims and aspects of overseas tax compliance.

What you'll need to succeed
You will have knowledge and experience in UK corporate tax compliance and demonstrate strong tax accounting knowledge, ideally under IFRS. The ideal candidate will have an accountancy and/or CTA qualification with IT experience. Previous use of OneSource tax computational software would be beneficial.

You will receive a salary of between £45,000-£60,000 dependent on experience, along with 25 days annual leave plus bank holidays.
