A rapidly growing family owned company are looking to hire an experienced Accounts Payable Manager in their fast-paced finance team.
Reporting in to the Financial Controller, you will be responsible for improving the efficiency of the company's invoice processing, authorisation and payment processes through the use of the Accounts Payable team.
Duties include:
- Day to day management of the Accounts payable team - 3 AP clerks
- Review, code and post invocies
- Send invoices for authorisation
- Release invoices for payment
- Setting up new suppliers
- Resolve invoice discrepancies
- Prepare accounts payable payment runs
- Manage all payment related transactions
- Assist in month end close
- Ad hoc support across the team
the successful candidate will be an experienced Accounts Payable Team leader/Manager with experiencing of leading a team.
Experience on SUN accounting system is desirable
