Financial Accountant (Part Qualified)

South Cambridge, We're currently working with a business based to the south of the City who are looking for a part qualified Financial Accountant to support the Financial Controller.

Reporting to the Financial Controller will be joining a business who despite their growth maintain a 'family' feel and a close knit finance offering. The business encourage collaboration across all business units and enjoy seeing people succeed within the organisation.

The role will cover a range of tasks from supporting internal and external audits, inter-company work and statutory accounts. You will support the FC in producing monthly financial statements, take ownership of and production of monthly reports while supporting month/year end close-down including parent company consolidations. Throughout the group you will assist with transfer pricing. recharge agreements and reconcile all inter-company balances on a monthly basis. The business are continuing to grow and therefore ad-hoc projects will present themselves for further development and exposure to other areas of finance.

The successful applicant will be actively studying ACCA/ACA with prior experience in a similar role within industry or the profession. You will have strong excel skills (Vlookups/ Pivot tables) and excellent communication skills. This will suit an individual who is looking for exposure in a diverse business offering a supportive environment and looking for progression in their career.

Salary £35,000-£40,000 + Study
