Purchase Ledger Clerk, Central London

My client who is a Top 20 Practice Firm is looking to bring on a Purchase Ledger Clerk to join their office in Central London, in order to manage one of their prestigious clients.

You will work as part of a team providing first class accounting and payroll services and other duties will include:

  • Maintaining the purchase ledger for the client and their large UK customers
  • Reconciliation of supplier accounts
  • Processing purchase invoices
  • Processing and reconciling credit card payments and petty cash transactions
  • Performing bank reconciliation and other finance and admin tasks

The ideal candidate will have:

  • Experience (circa one year) in a similar role dealing with accounting and payroll tasks
  • Familiar with Xero and Excel
  • Experience of performing data entry duties
