Credit Controller

A dynamic, creative and vibrant company operating within the property industry requires a Credit Controller to join their ever expanding finance department. Role Responsibilities -

• Updating Customer details on billing system

• Managing Customer Deposits

• Managing Customer DD payments

• Reconciling customer DD to Customer Account

• Chasing customers for outstanding payments

• Building good customer relations

• Managing relationship with 3rd Party Debt Collector

• Providing Aged Debtors report on weekly basis

• Providing weekly updates on Bad Debts

• Calculating monthly provision of doubtful debts

• Reconciling monthly income posted in Xero to CRM

• Investigate and resolve any invoice queries or irregularities

• Generating invoices and account statements, and maintaining an accurate billing system

• Creating Customer contracts

• Support the Head Office finance team in administrative tasks as requested

Candidate Requirements -

• Previous property industry experience would be beneficial
• Previous experience in the above role responsibilities
• Team player
• Outstanding communication skills
