Interim Divisional CFO
Dubai
£1100 - £1500 per day, dependant on experience
I’m currently working with a Group CFO who is looking for a partner to focus on a professionalisation project for 3-6 months in Dubai. You will quickly assess requirements and ensure the division is properly aligned with the group before being integral to the recruitment of the permanent CFO.
The Role:
You will provide hands-on / sleeves rolled-up support to the division, ensuring smooth and efficient ‘professionalisation’ in line with the group.
- Improve MI, data, reporting and systems.
- Efficiently communicate progress to group level.
- Coaching / managing the team within the improved finance function.
- Advise and act on the team structure where necessary.
About you:
- Must be ACA/CIMA/ACCA qualified with a CFO/divisional CFO background.
- I’m looking to speak to candidates with a strong track record in the Middle East.
- Ideally a proven interim - someone who has demonstrable experience of hitting the ground running in multiple contracts.
- Must have PLC experience – someone who has clear understanding of the finance requirements of a listed business.
