As FP&A Lead you will support the Group FP&A function in delivering financial planning processes; identifying and driving improvements in business performance; and proactively business partnering other functions.

Description
Reporting to the FP&A Manager you will be:
- Supporting the delivery of the 3 year financial plan, annual budget and monthly forecast processes;
- Co-ordination and reporting of risk and opportunities to forecasts and budgets;
- Provide analysis that understands and proactively addresses the commercial needs of the business;
- Business partnering the following Group functions Investor Relations, Financial Reporting, Treasury and Commercial and Procurement
Profile
The ideal candidate will be fully qualified have a high level of analytical curiosity, coupled with the drive to investigate, identify and pursue opportunities for business performance improvement.
