Analyst – Mergers and Acquisitions

Working in a fast growing, International Private Equity backed business as an M&A Analyst, you will be involved in the analysis of acquisitions throughout the whole lifecycle, providing support in converting the model into a financial forecast.
About the role:
In order to be successful in this role, it is important that you are comfortable operating in a fast-paced environment with changing prioritise. You will have a proactive approach with the ability to work under pressure. In addition to this, you will also have the below qualifications and experience:

About the role:
- Analysis of potential new acquisitions
- Responsibility for building and maintaining the model for all acquisitions
- Identification and maintenance of the M&A database
- Modelling and converting models into a robust financial forecast
- Coordination of the commercial due diligence team as part of acquisitions

You will have a proactive approach with the ability to work under pressure. In addition to this, you will also have the below qualifications and experience:
- Degree from a numerical background (Maths, Engineering, Science)
- Proven experience in a finance analysis position
- Excel modelling experience
- Experience of using SQL (or desire to learn)
