THE COMPANY:

Brewster Partners are recruiting an experienced Purchase Ledger Clerk for a professional business services organisation based in Sheffield. This is a temporary position and does require an immediate start.

THE JOB:

Reporting to the Purchase Ledger Manager duties will include:

Checking purchase invoices against PO's
Ensuring invoices are authorised for payment
Dealing with any queries
Liaising with suppliers and internal staff to resolve issues
Updating and maintaining supplier accounts
Reconciling supplier statements
Other ad hoc duties as required

THE PERSON :

Previous Purchase Ledger experience is essential
Excellent communication skills are required
You must have excellent IT skills including the use of Excel spreadsheets
The successful candidate will be educated to GCSE standard including Maths and English Grade C or above
