Finance Business Partner

BTG Accountancy & Finance is supporting a Milton Keynes based organisation in their search for a Finance Business Partner to sit within a hugely successful international company.

The Role

The role of Finance Business Partner has been created to help support the organisations growth, and as such, the role is a hands on / green field role which will sit separate from the transactional finance team and will solely support the wider commercial business.

My client is looking to secure a talented Finance Business Partner with a strong analytical understanding and the ability to understand the wider commercial benefit of viable profit enhancing information, which in "real time" adds value and under pins a competitive pricing strategy, process efficiencies and competitor analysis

As Commercial Finance Business Partner, you will be in a pivotal role within the business increase the control measures around budgeting and forecasting procedures. You will have exposure to the wider finance and none-finance functions, ensuring that all variables from internal and external operations are taken into account. This will include

• Competitor analysis,
• Market trends,
• Forecasting,
• Market analysis
• Budgeting
  
  The successful qualified accountant will engage with internal stakeholders across the organisation and will therefore require excellent communication skills which can be used to demonstrate the commercial value of finance. Your internal customer base will be sales'centric and therefore you will be in an environment where detailed analytical data and the "right first time" numbers will be at your fingertips.

Your Profile

This is a challenging role that is best suited to a talented qualified accountant who has the ability to communicate at a high level, build relationships, develop processes, and understand the necessity of Finance in an internal and external stake-holding facing position.

Salary & Benefits

To attract the best qualified talent in the marketplace, my client has provided a competitive salary banding of between £38,000 and £43,000
