An organisation in the marketing industry requires a Commercial Finance Analyst to join their finance team. Based in Central London, you'll be joining a fast paced, demanding yet rewarding working environment.
Roles Responsibilities -
- Understand revenue performance and key drivers
- Monitor, report and evaluate sales performance
- Ownership of global sales commissions and bonus plans along with analysis
- Support commercial teams with analysis, contract preparations, negotiations and pricing
- Analyse complex data sets
- Revenue and cost recognition
- Revenue and cost forecasting
- Assisting with the yearly audit
- Understand and review/liaise with commercial teams on all aspects of the customer P&L
- Working closely with account managers and account executives to contribute relevant and correct information for negotiations to meet client needs and budgets while considering profitability and the company's other interests
Candidate Requirements -
- Previous exposure to and experience of revenue recognition is essential to the role
- MS Dynamics and basic SQL experience would be beneficial
- Strong communication skills
- Intermediate to advanced excel (i. Pivot tables, VLookups)
- Self-starter
- Service industry experience would be ideal
- CIMA/ACCA/ACA senior part qualified/finalist/qualified (or equivalent)
