CFO

A PE-backed buy & build technology business is seeking to recruit a CFO as a crucial partner to the CEO and member of the board. With full responsibility for the finance function and a broad remit across the organisation this is a key role in defining the future strategic direction of the business and ensuring their continued growth and success. The focus of the role will be on providing a high level of commercial vision in order to support a swift period of planned growth.

As the right hand to the CEO with full responsibility for leading the finance function and a broader operational remit, you will be responsible for professionalising, leading and implementing all controls, processes and procedures so as to drive growth for the business and oversee an effective buy & build strategy.

You will be a qualified accountant (ACA/ACCA/ACMA) capable of partnering with the CEO and the wider business. They are seeking a candidate able to demonstrate significant growth, active participation in board-level debate, and the smooth integration of acquisitions. A demonstrable background as autonomous CFO in a PE Backed buy & build business is highly desirable.
