A new role has been created within a prestigious organization for a Management Accountant to work under an experienced Finance Manager. The department consists of a team of 5, so a flexible approach to your role and duties is essential, however, your typical responsibilities include:

• Budgeting control with monthly/quarterly analysis, liaising with budget holders
• Bank reconciliations
• Supporting the Finance Manager in the production of monthly accounts
• Assisting with year end
• Assist with venue hire agreements
• Assisting where required in other areas of the department during heavy workloads and absence/holidays including accounts payable

You will be well organized and have a confident personality and excellent communication skills, who can respectfully influence department heads over their budget control. You will have a passion and enthusiasm for delivering high quality work with good accuracy and attention to detail. In addition to the salary, there is a benefits package and flexible working hours could be considered for the right candidate. The role could also be considered permanent of long term contract. The role is, however, not able to support a studying part qualified accountant.
