Are you immediately available and looking for a new position?
A new opening has arisen within a large service provider based in Stockport for a Management Accountant on a Fixed Term 12 month contract to cover Maternity.
Responsibilities include but not limited to;
- Producing management accounts, reports and financial information
- Analyse management accounts to budget/forecast and last year and provide commentaries.
- Reconcile balance sheet accounts and investigating any variances.
- Providing key support to our commercial team to make decisions.
- Being a confident communicator to explain complex issues to non-experts within the business.
- Preparing the year-end and half-year reporting pack and assisting the Financial Controller with the production of statutory accounts.
- Preparing the year-end tax pack
You will ideally have at least 18 months experience in a similar role within a fast paced environment and be qualified in ACCA/CIMA or ACA to be considered.
