Interim Financial Controller required for an exciting opportunity working for a manufacturing business based in Dudley with a view to starting immediately, on a fixed term contract for a minimum of 12 months. You will be responsible for the day to day running of the finance department, providing accurate financial & management accounting information to the board in line with deadlines and assisting with decision making. Your duties will include;
- Managing a small finance team of 4
- Monthly management accounts & cash flow
- Annual budgeting & forecasting
- Year end statutory accounts
- Cost accounting & stock provisions
- Maintaining the ERP functionality
- Liaising with companies house, insurance companies, banks, auditors and other external bodies
The perfect candidate will be ACCA/CIMA qualified (or equivalent) with proven experience working within a similar role in a manufacturing environment and SAP. European reporting and inter-company financial experience is a requisite for this role.You must have a flexible "roll your sleeves up" approach with excellent communication and team management skills.
