SF Recruitment are currently sourcing an Interim Finance Director for a manufacturing client based in Tamworth. The perfect candidate will be an ACA/ACCA/CIMA qualified (or equivalent) accountant with previous experience working in an SME manufacturing environment. You will be responsible for the finance function ensuring all statutory reporting requirements are met and providing strategic support to the business from a commercial and cost perspective as well as managing a small finance team. This is a 'hands on' role which will include;
- Budgeting & forecasting
- Control of CAPEX
- Cash flow forecasting
- Production of the monthly management accounts
- Profit and loss analysis
- Analysis and reporting of KPIs
- Liaising with external bodies
- US GAAP/ SOX
Ability to work to tight deadlines with financial reporting is imperative for this role. You must be adaptable to change with excellent leadership skills. This position is being offered for an initial period of 6 months to cover the current FD during a period of secondment.
