My client is a leading digital and tech consultancy with a long history and great reputation.
Due to a period of long term sickness, the business require an immediately available, capable and professional Finance/Office Manager to support the team for a minimum of 3 months across a Group of 2 companies, with the possibility of a longer term role for the right candidate!
Reporting to the COO you will also assist the supervision and support of a remote accounts assistant.
Working closely with the CEO and COO, your duties will be varied and will include:-
The successful candidate will be an experienced finance professional but with broader general management experience with the clear ability to hit the ground running and add real value to the team. Experience of Xero would be ideal, as would some experience of R&D tax credits, , but not essential but a positive personality and great communication skills are!

- Purchase ledger
- Sales ledger & credit control
- Payroll
- Bank & ledger reconciliations
- General office management & HR administrative support
