Finance Director--Property

We are recruiting for a shared office space business that is looking for a strong Finance Director from a blue-chip property/construction business. This business is all about the brand and this business has a strong strategic vision, looking to get to a Billion plus market valuation in just a few years time. This role will cover everything from meeting potential funders to looking at development plans, modelling for investor returns, debt/equity financing, driving a commercial finance function. In terms of day to day responsibilities, this role will report directly to the CEO and be a true business partner to not just them but the rest of the board. The role will cover preparing the board pack, dealing with technical accounting queries, management accounts, FP&A, treasury and many other things. The business is looking at many freehold sites at the moment, so modelling skills are essential to driving through the business plans of the business.

Salary wise this role will pay £100,000-120,000 + Bonus + Bens. The candidate must be ACA qualified, preferably having trained with the Big 4, then moved into either a Head of Finance role or Head of FP&A within a property or construction firm, looking for a Finance Director position. They must have the gravitas to deal with lawyers, private equity and VC's, but also strong internal stakeholders.
