Your new role
You will be responsible for the maintenance of multiple customer accounts within a subsidiary of a large corporate organisation, ensuring effective credit control processes for your own ledger of up to £20 million. You will ensure any disputes from either the customer or internal departments are investigated and resolved in an appropriate manner.

• Chasing of past due accounts by telephone, letter and email.
• Monitor customer account debts to ensure overdue debts are minimised and cash-flow maximised.
• Follow company's credit policies and procedures
• Investigate and reconcile customer accounts to resolve queries.

What you'll need to succeed
To be successful you will have previous experience within credit control, ideally within a large CRM organisation. You will be capable handling complex queries and errors and confidently communicating with clients, customers and internal departments. You will also thrive working in a busy environment and work under your own initiative.
