Finance Assistant Job paying £25000-£30000 per annum on a Permanent basis

Your new company
Your new company involves a dynamic working environment based in Central London. The purpose of the charity is to help people with disabilities and other defined groups. It is a medium sized organisation with a intermediate sized team looking to fill in a finance assistant position.

Your new role
You will be responsible for the processing of all estates sales and purchase invoice processing and the provision of management information to effectively monitor business performance. Your new role will consist of the following duties; maintaining the rent ledger and working closely with the Property Administrator. Also, to maintain the remaining of the sales ledger include maintaining debtors accounts, processing invoices and preparing monthly reconciliations of customer accounts to the Sales Ledger Control account. Furthermore, liaising with the Estates department and undertaking training and personal development are key obligations.

What you'll need to succeed
You will need to be a part-qualified AAT accountant or equivalently have at least 3 years general ledger experience ideally within an estate management environment. Upholding well developed interpersonal and communication skills and being highly computer literate - proficient in Excel and the ability to use Accountancy software packages are integral for this job role. Flexibility and self-motivation are key principles, with the ability to create and develop working relationships at all operational levels.
