Finance Assistant (2 month) | Fast-Growth Furniture Company | London

Harmonic are proud to be working with a well-established luxury furniture manufacturer in their search for a Finance Assistant who will be able to process invoices and credit control as the company continues to expand its international presence. While this is an interim 2-month contract, the business may look to extend and create a permanent position for the right candidate.

The business itself is driven by design and innovation and has plans to move into new countries. A huge importance is placed upon creativity and collaboration which has resulted in a non-corporate and sociable company culture.

Reporting into the Financial Controller and based at their offices in Central London, this role would suit an individual who is ambitious, driven and passionate about design.

Responsibilities

• Approving, processing and sending invoices
• Preparing and processing supplier payment runs to ensure that suppliers are paid efficiently and on time
• Credit control duties- chasing payments and liaising with clients
• Main point of contact for queries relating to invoices
• Supporting the Financial Controller with any ad hoc duties

Requirements

• AAT part-qualified
• Previous experience in a finance assistant or assistant accountant role
• Excellent communication and organisational skills
• Attention to detail
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment

Day rate: £100-150 a day

Start date: ASAP
