Finance Manager (High Growth Tech)

Your new role
Working as part of developing finance team, you will report into the FD who joined the business 3 years ago during an exciting phase in his career and he is now looking to give a similar opportunity to this role:

• Working with FD to establish processes suitable to assist this organisation with long term growth
• Taking ownership for monthly reporting
• Providing variance analysis on budgets vs actuals ensuring commercial insight is taken from the number
• Statutory reporting
• Leading junior accounts assistant and reviewing work

What you'll need to succeed
You will need to be qualified ACA/ACCA/CIMA from a recognised accounting firm or graduate scheme and couple that with a hunger and desire to be part of a high growth business.
