About the client
A growing property developer company, primarily focused on the London residential development sector is looking to recruit a Finance Manager to provide financial analysis and reports on the various projects they are undertaking.
Your role will oversee a number of major residential schemes across London, supporting the Finance Director with appropriate financial planning and analysis and reports on each of the projects on a regular basis.

- Producing Statutory Accounts
- Management accounts
- Consolidations
- Planning and analysis
- Business plan modelling
- Excel
- CIS
- VAT
- Ad hoc duties
The person
You will be a qualified accountant (ACA/CIMA/ACCA) with good communication skills and the ability to deal with people at all levels. You will have the ability to challenge the assumptions and provide useful real-time data for the Finance Director.
