Company Information
You will be working for a large service provider turning over 35 million a year who have been operating for 25 years have been growing and acquiring other company's over the years.
Main duties
Reporting to the Finance Manager, you will be working closely with the financial team and service providers.
Your main duties will be working with the Cashbook, Petty cash and bank reconciliations. Due to the size of the business you will be required to look after each bank account for each service provider which is around 60 bank accounts. You will be required to export the banking information to the system / Excel and manage the bank reconciliations, cash book and petty cash and make sure that everything is coded correctly within the system.
There will also be ad hoc administration duties involving expenses, updating journals etc.
Requirements
Ideally if you have been involved with organisation of Cashbooks, petty cash and bank reconciliations with multiple providers this would be desirable. Strong attention to details and good communication is essential with knowledge of excel.
The system is a bespoke industry specific system so training will be provided.
