An international property company is currently recruiting for a Snr. Management Accountant to join their team. This is an excellent opportunity for a qualified accountant looking for their next challenge.
Reporting into the Finance Manager your responsibilities will include preparation of the monthly management accounts; maintenance and reconciliation of overheads; prepare, review and post accruals and prepayments on a monthly basis; assist in the preparation of annual plan and monitoring the forecast through the year; assist the annual statutory reporting when required; preparation of the annual plan for Head Office overheads; supervising one member of staff; ad-hoc analysis and reporting on Division and Business Unit performance and variance analysis.
The successful candidate would be a qualified accountant (ACA/ACCA/CIMA), ideally from a practice background. Experience of MS Dynamics would be ideal.
