Our client a leading international engineering group is seeking an experienced Finance Director to join their team. As Finance Director you will be based in North Nottinghamshire and you will form part of the senior leadership of team of this division reporting to the Divisional MD who has responsibility for 5 Manufacturing and Service Sites across the UK and Europe.
As Finance Director you will contribute to strategy, drive cost reduction initiatives, and remotely manage a number of finance teams across the UK and Europe ensuring that effective control environments are in place. You will drive the financial performance of the business, act as a Finance Business Partner to the senior leadership team and be responsible for managing the long term planning process.
To be considered for this opportunity, you will have held a senior finance position in a multi-site engineering / manufacturing business, be able to demonstrate a strong technically competence combined with a strong operational focus and hold an accountancy qualification.
