Finance Business Partner

Churchill Howard are currently working in partnership with a dynamic and highly successful business in Redditch to recruit a Finance Business Partner. This is a fantastic opportunity for a driven individual to add value and support strategic decisions by partnering with both financial and operational stakeholders.

Responsibilities include:

* In depth financial analysis and commentary to aid and proactively challenge decision making.
* Production of quarterly presentation packs for senior management and the board.
* Monthly forecasting and annual budgeting.
* Reporting and management of sales and margin budgets.
* Business Partnering with operational teams.

The successful applicant will be ideally be a recently qualified accountant (ACA, ACCA or CIMA) and will demonstrate exceptional communication and influencing skills.
