This well established public-sector client is currently looking for a dedicated Finance Officer to join their finance team in Leeds. Your new role
You will be assisting with most of the transactional duties such as sales ledger, purchase ledger, cash book duties and other ad hoc finance tasks. You will also be assisting with some financial accounting and management accounting duties.

What you'll need to succeed

You're likely to have a proven track record in a finance environment and experience of the monthly management accounts processes. You have excellent communication and interpersonal skills - driven and dynamic; you build productive relationships with internal and external colleagues alike. You will have a proven record as a finance officer or assistant accountant. You will also need experience using ORACLE and have advanced Excel skills (pivot tables, MACROS, V-Lookups ect.)
