Partnership Accounting Manager - 24 Month FTC

A magic circle legal firm boasting exceptional offices and fantastic working culture are looking for a partnership accounting manager on a 24 month fixed term contract

Your new role
You will be working in a team of 8 and managing 4 accountants with a focus on assisting in the accounting aspects of a database project including reconciliations, analysis and advisory. This is to ensure other team members are able to work on developing the database from a tax perspective. This role will be working on all areas of accounting and partner remuneration including partner distributions, partner tax reserves and reconciliation of these for partners globally.
You will be involved in daily interactions with senior stakeholders and provision of useful, actionable advise and strategy.

What you'll need to succeed
You will be a qualified accountant with experience in general accounting and accounting for tax. You will need excellent excel skills and the ability to interact and partner effectively with senior stakeholders both finance and non finance. This role requires and analytical mind and someone with excellent problem solving with previous experience in a legal firm desirable but not a pre requisite.
