An interim Financial Controller is required for a high growth marketing business based in the south-west of London backed by a prolific private equity house. An interim (Financial Controller) professional is required to manage to manage the day to day finances of the business, as well as driving considerable process and systems improvements.
The business needs an interim Financial Controller to start immediately for a minimum period of 6 months.
Key Responsibilities:
- Drive a range of process and reporting improvements across finance
- Supporting the Finance Director delivering Budgets, Forecasts and Actuals across the business
- Assist with the development of planning and reporting systems
- Manage and develop junior members of the finance team
- Business partner with department heads on key financial issues
- Preparation of monthly reporting packs for key stakeholders including cashflow forecasting
- Lead on year-end internal and external audits
- Provide ad-hoc analysis on key business metrics and risk management
Desired Skills and Experience:
- Fully Qualified Accountant (ACA/ACCA/CIMA or equivalent)
- Extensive process and systems improvement experience is required
- Strong working knowledge of UK Statutory Accounts
- Must have a strong interim pedigree
- Netsuite experience
