FP&A Manager

A leading e-commerce business with its head office based in central London seek an ACA, CIMA, ACCA or MBA qualified FP&A Manager with PQE experience gained in a manufacturing, distribution or technology businesses.

Reporting to the Finance Director you will create effective and credible partnerships with stakeholders in all finance and accounting matters including budgeting, forecasting, expense/PO tracking and control. You will be data hungry with a curiosity and drive for understanding financial information. Able to run and interpret financial reports to develop conclusions and recommendations. Drive business focus on financial performance and profitability. Drive the businesses focus on financial performance and profitability. Identify business trends and provide insight to enhance performance and profitability by proactively seeking opportunities to reduce costs, increase value or synergise.

What you will need to succeed.

• Excellent financial modelling, data manipulation and Excel skills.

• Ability to link financial results and outcomes to operational and commercial trends.
• Ability to communicate and influence across the business.
• Ability to work independently – taking ownership of work and proactively managing upwards.
• Eagerness to work in an extremely fast paced environment.
• Experience working with manufacturing, distribution or technology businesses.
• Good attention to detail with a focus in cost control.
