Financial Controller required on a permanent basis for a growing Warwickshire based SME business. My client is looking for a commercially minded Financial Controller who can manage a small team and have the ability to take a high level strategic view of the business, whilst also being able to get involved in the detail. You will play a major part in supporting and completing the full financial planning process, including the budget and business plan. Experience of complex modelling is key for this role.
The business is small at the moment but growing quickly and needs to have a strong Financial Controller in place who can manage the day to day, plan for the future and deputise for the CFO as and when necessary.
You will be a qualified accountant (ACA, ACCA, CIMA) and must have an advanced level of competency within Excel.
