My Warwickshire based client are looking for a Senior Financial Controller on a permanent basis.
The business is going through a period of significant change. Directly reporting into the CFO, this role is responsible for driving the finance team forward. My client is looking for somebody able to implement controls and processes within the team, map out the finance positions (recruit and mentor the existing team), promote cost reduction across the business, business partner various senior directors and effectively drive the team forward.
