I'm working for a well-established Retail business based in Central London where I am hiring a Finance Manager. You will have end to end ownership of the Supply Chain P&L and full responsibility for periodic reporting and providing insight to the Supply Chain team.
The role of Finance Manager will include (but is not limited to):
- Day to day management of a Management Accountant and Assistant Management Accountant
- Overseeing period end close and ensuring accurate recording of all costs relating to the supply chain P&L
- Adjust month end reporting and analysis for more effective communication of performance to key stakeholders
- Support the Supply Chain team through the budgeting process
- Significant involvement in the year end process and preparation of key deliverables for the audit
- Monitor and understand stock loss within the business
The suitable candidate for the role of Finance Manager must be/have:
- FULLY qualified accountant (ACA/CIMA/ACCA) with 2+ years PQE
- Experience working in a large business
- Retail or e-commerce experience is preferable but not essential
- Strong numeracy and IT skills including advanced Excel
