My client is looking for a crime biller to join their successful team in their Croydon office.
You will be working alongside one other, responsible for billing files for around 11 fee earners, and assist when needed in the criminal department for financial queries.
Typical duties include, but are not limited to:
* Receipting of monies in
* Clearing aged debt
* Allocation of fees between fee earners and trainees
* Reconciliation for the Crime Department
* Supervision of one member of staff
* Having an understanding of BAC statements
You must have a good knowledge of the following systems:
* Legal aid portal
* Crown court billing
* Criminal digital system
This is an exciting opportunity for a candidate with a strong base of experience, looking to develop their skills
