Accounts Assistant/Office Manager

THE COMPANY:

Brewster Partners are working exclusively with our client, an award winning Construction Company to recruit for an Office & Purchase Ledger Assistant.

This role would suit a driven individual who is looking for a varied career path. You will either be from an accountancy background who is looking for a change in direction, or an experienced administrator with experience of purchase ledger ideally situated in the Huddersfield region or surrounding areas.

THE JOB:

Working closely with the Office team & Managing Director

All areas of support including accounting (purchase ledger), secretarial and general administration

Liaising with staff, suppliers and clients

Using a range of software packages

Implementing and maintaining procedures/office administrative system

THE PERSON:

To be successful in your application you need to have relevant experience working in an office administration and accounting environment. We are looking for somebody who has a genuine drive and passion to succeed and who wouldn't be afraid to get involved. You must also have a strong attention to detail, and be able to thrive in a busy, construction orientated environment. This is a fantastic opportunity for somebody who will flourish in a vital role within the company, but who is also looking for a long standing career.
