A luxury clothing retailer is seeking a Management Accountant to join their finance team based in Central London. This position sits in a small finance team, providing exposure to the whole business and getting the opportunity to carry out a vast range of tasks day to day.
Working closely with the Financial Controller, duties include; preparation of the management accounts, variance analysis, ownership of the fixed asset register, oversee and support the accounts payable and receivable function, prepare UK and international VAT returns, and support the team with any other ad hoc duties.
This will suit someone who is actively studying for a professional qualification (ACCA/CIMA) and is looking to broaden their skillset within management accounts. You will have advanced excel skills, strong initiative to pick up new processes/systems, and have the confidence to speak to stakeholders at all levels.
