Finance Business Partner

Our client is a dynamic, PE Technology business are looking to recruit a newly created Finance Business Partner role. Reporting into the Head Of Commercial Finance this is a key role within an evolving finance structure. It is important to identify an ambitious individual who can provide genuine business partnering to key stakeholders assisting in the growth of the organisation. Key accountabilities include:

* Produce high quality presentation and interpretation of financial results - from cost centre manager through to Board reporting - on a timely basis
* Clear articulation of future implications of current performance and close work with key stakeholders to identify appropriate corrective actions
* Identify and assure delivery of appropriate KPIs and analysis (e. city-level), ensuring processes are clear and efficient
* Provide decision support and challenge for Sales and other Commercial proposals, assessing financial returns and how to optimise
* Lead the budget and re forecast processes for Metro, providing clear articulation of key assumptions and sensitivities and ensure they are underpinned by strong stakeholder accountability
* Proactively engage with the business to ensure there is a strong understanding of current issues and performance and appropriate Finance support and prioritisation
* Ad hoc analysis and reporting for private equity shareholders

The successful candidate will be a qualified accountant, have a first class academic record and currently be working within a fast moving environment. The essential skills and experience required are; excellent communication, high numeracy levels, strong financial / operational and commercial expertise.
