Internal Audit Manager

A multi-billion pound turnover manufacturing company is looking for an Internal Audit Manager to join their team in Cheshire. This is a permanent, full time position.

About the Role

The Audit Manager will plan, supervise and conduct internal audits alongside Senior Auditors whilst reporting into the Deputy Head of Audit and travelling internationally. Exposure is unparalleled, with the opportunity to manage your area of the audit plan up to completion and reporting.

Key Responsibilities include:

• Leading individual audit assignments from planning through to reporting 
• Managing financial and operational audits 
• Contributing to the development of internal auditing standards and methodology based on sound risk assessment techniques 
• Working alongside audit team members to support development and encourage progression and growth

Candidate Profile

The successful Audit Manager will have:

• An accountancy / audit qualification
• Relevant experience as an Internal Auditor
• Good commercial acumen
• Excellent attention to detail
• The ability to work well within a fast-paced team environment

Job Offer

• £65,000 - £70,000 per annum
