Hays Senior Finance are delighted to be working on an exclusive basis with this very flexible, family friendly, state of the art SME business, based in Leamington Spa, to recruit a permanent Management Accountant. Reporting into the Financial Controller, who is based across both Leamington and London, you will be responsible for all aspects of financial control and reporting, providing analysis of financial information to ensure financial targets are being met or exceeded. There are no direct reports to this role, and this is stand alone finance for the Leamington site.

Your new role
You will maintain the accounting records for the company's UK, US and German entities ensuring that all control accounts are reconciled in an accurate and timely manner. You will also prepare the monthly Management Accounts to include profit and loss account and balance sheet. You will conduct stock take procedures and include reconciliation of findings to accounting software. You will prepare monthly reports and UK, EU and US VAT returns and Intrastat monthly returns. Development of the company's internal control system and liaison with external accountants regarding year end audit, statutory accounts and corporation tax.

What you'll need to succeed
You will be confident to work autonomously, as the FC is not always on site, and have SME hands on experience. A professional accountancy qualification is ideal but qualified by experienced is also considered.

What you'll get in return
In return you will receive a full time equivalent salary of Circa £40,000 - £42,000 dependant on experience, pension, 21 days holiday plus 8 bank holidays, and very flexible working. Part time and full time are both considered.
