Our client is a growing, specialist marketing business with an extensive portfolio of well- known blue - chip clients and operates in the UK, Europe and globally. This is an all-encompassing role, reporting directly to and working closely with the Chief Executive and working closely with Client Director, Head of Operations and Board.
Key deliverables include –
- Ownership of the finance function and financial strategy of the business ensuring that financial operations and systems integrate well with the needs of the business
- Improving the quality of policies, systems, procedures and disciplines to enhance financial robustness.
- Creation and ownership of financial modelling, budgeting and KPI’s to support business decision making.
- Manage all aspects of financial accounting and reporting including Work in Progress
- Managing cashflow and sales forecasting.
- Review costs and supplier relationships to improve profitability
- Together with the CEO, playing a key role in in defining the company strategy.
Candidates will be qualified accountants with experience of working in both larger and high growth environments and with exposure to multi-team operations.
Experience within a marketing-led or consultancy based industry would be an advantage. What will be essential however is a real interest and ability to own the finance function and a desire to play a high-profile role in the next growth phase of this exciting brand working within a fun, client centric environment.
