Our client is a privately owned professional services business and is looking to hire a Finance Director to work closely with the Board helping lead strategy and grow the business.
Key requirements of the role are:
Full P&L ownership of a growing business
Management of the budget & forecasting process including the introduction of robust analysis tools
Making day to day commercial business critical decisions
Adding value and commercial expertise to the Board
Detailed financial analysis of all client activities and relationships
Managing investors, banks and other third party relationships
The business is a key player in a niche market and the opportunity would suit a Finance Director who is comfortable working in a sub £20m revenue business able to add value at both a strategic as well as detailed level.
