Financial Controller

Your new company
A luxury fragrance manufacturer is looking for a senior finance leader to champion the financial heart of this luxury international distribution business. This SME company currently distributes to the largest European fragrance brand retailers and is experiencing a rapid growth trajectory with new acquisitions on the horizon.

Your new role
This role reports directly into an impressive and envisioned CFO and will also be responsible for future junior hires within the finance function as the company expands. The role liaises closely with the production and sales teams, whilst owning controls processes and commercial analysis . This role is granted full financial scope in a close relationship with the charismatic CFO who is driving the business to embark on further acquisitive avenues.

What you'll need to succeed
You will likely be an ACA, ACCA or CIMA qualified accountant with experience within manufacturing, production or luxury retail sectors. You will be able to bring quality of execution to a vibrant and forward-thinking team, alongside strong knowledge of preparing financial reports, forecasting and budgeting and ERP system implementation. French or Italian language expertise is beneficial.
