We are assisting a Cheshire-based Legal firm in securing them the services of a new Finance Manager. Reporting into the Practice Manager, you will be responsible for running the whole finance function and will be involved in the following areas: -
- Managing a team of 4
- Preparing the budgets and forecasts
- Producing a key performance matrix
- Liaising with Auditors and providing timely and accurate reports to them
- Delivering commercial analysis to achieve business objectives
- Maintaining strong relationships within the business and with external stakeholders
The specifications required from the person to be a success ion the role are: -
- Qualified (CIMA/ACCA/ACA) or QBE
- Experience within a Legal firm
- Knowledge of working across the full functions of an SME
- Possess excellent IT and Communication skills
- Have previous experience of managing a small team
