Description

As the Part Time Interim CFO, you will work very closely with the board and wider Senior Leadership Team to support the business as it is going through an exciting period of growth. Providing council and strategic advise, the Interim Part Time CFO will be responsible for leading on and delivering key business objectives over the next twelve months.

Reporting into the Managing Director, The Part Time Interim CFO will play a critical role in delivering the strategic vision of the company.

Key responsibilities will include;

• Overseeing all of the financial activity for the business
• Ensuring effective controls and governance are in place
• Providing strategic advice and insightful recommendations to the board
• Leading on key external financial stakeholder relationships
• Business case reviews and appraisals

Profile

• A Qualified Accountant (ACA /ACCA /CIMA)
• A proven track record of financing and managing external relationships
• The ability to forge credible relationships with stakeholders
• A proven track record in the technology sector would be highly advantageous
• Excellent communication skills
• A proven track record in a high growth business
